When will I receive my order?

All orders come with free express shipping!

We’re sure you’re looking forward to getting your new phone, but please be aware that we might require more information from you.

If you've placed your order before 12pm on a business day, and we don’t require anymore information, we'll ship your device the same day.

If we do require more information, we will contact you within 24 hours.

Either way, if you haven’t heard back from us or received a tracking number for your order, please drop us an email via support@koganmobiledevices.com.au or give us a call at 1800 945 025.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location but we'll send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on the ETA.
