Within the first 30 days of your Own and pay plan. 

If your phone is still in original condition with the original packaging, you’re able to return your phone – you can do this by filling out the return form here.

To cancel your plan, you will have to pay the Outstanding Balance, which will be calculated as follows: 

monthly repayment amount x months remaining.
