What if I damage my subscription phone?
If the phone is damaged but is not a Non- Functioning Device, You will have the following options:
- You can continue your subscription to the end of the subscription period and pay a damage fee (as set out in the table below) when you return your phone.
- You can cancel your subscription early (see the summary of terms here) and pay a damage fee or non-functioning device fee (as applicable, and set out in the table below) when you return your phone.
- You can contact us to discuss any other options we can make available to you.
If the phone you return is a damaged device The below damage fees will be payable, depending on the phone model and time of return.
If the phone you return is a non-functioning device
The below non-functioning device fees will be payable, depending on the phone model and subscription term.
A Non-Functioning Device is a phone that no longer turns on and a successful claim under the Device Warranty Terms has not been made, or may not be made, with respect to it.
If the phone is determined to be, or we become aware it is, a Non-Functioning Device, you will be required to pay the Outstanding Balance, a Non- Functioning Device Fee, and amounts due but unpaid, or otherwise payable, and to return the phone. The Outstanding Balance, in this case, will be:
