Can I cancel my subscription early?
Need to cancel your subscription early? We get it. See below for the circumstances in which you may be able to cancel your subscription and what you would need to do to cancel your subscription.
Within the first 30 days of your subscription.
If your phone is still in its original condition, you’re able to return your phone – you can do this by filling out this return form here.
After the first 30 days of your subscription.
So long as the phone is not a Non-Functioning Device, you can cancel your subscription by returning your phone as per the applicable terms in the last six months of your subscription period without being required to pay any of the monthly instalments for the remaining portion of the subscription period. If you want to cancel your subscription earlier, you will have to pay the Outstanding Balance and return your phone.
The Outstanding Balance will be calculated as follows:
The monthly instalments would have become payable in the remaining portion of the subscription period minus, 6 x monthly instalments.
In all cases, amounts due but unpaid, or otherwise payable, have to be paid as well. If the phone returned is a damaged device you will also need to pay a Damage Fee.
A Non-Functioning Device is a phone that no longer turns on and a successful claim under the Device Warranty Terms has not been made, or may not be made, with respect to it. See the damage section here for information about this specific circumstance.
